For over a decade I have been using SquareSpace, Weebly, Wix and Wordpress to build user-friendly websites. I work closely with clients to produce sites that are easy to manage, mobile optimized and match their business strategy. I train my clients how to maintain their own site and give them the confidence to continue it on their own. Once an organizational system and web design is in place, managing it is a breeze.
Create Wisconsin
Create Wisconsin (previously Arts Wisconsin) is Wisconsin’s community cultural development organization, bringing people together through creative experiences and activating and strengthening Wisconsin’s creative economy, workforce and communities. This project entailed co-developing of the new branding identity, analysis of their original site of over 287 pages, designing a streamlined site architecture of 40 pages supplemented with a robust blog, and building the resulting website in a new platform. We also transitioned the email and donor management systems to more user-friendly tools integrated with the new site.

Beth Racette - Artist
Any Given Child-Madison is the regional chapter of a Kennedy Center program that supports arts education. In Madison the program is hosted by Overture Center for the Arts in partnership with the City of Madison and the Madison Metropolitan School District. I completed a full redesign of their site, modernizing the look and feel while also fluidly integrating their new projects and streamlining the functionality.
DarRen Morris is an incarcerated artist whose captivating paintings raise donations for JustDane and support criminal justice reform. I catalogued the artist's body of work and then built a site highlighting the variety of subjects he paints. I also coordinated with JustDane to manage the donations and established a site maintenance and print production plan.
Ledger Designs makes hand-drawn and hand-printed graphic tees in Madison, Wisconsin. I catalogued their merchandise and then created engaging product pages in a complete mobile optimized web store, along with search engine optimization and integration with social media platforms.
Beth Racette is a visual artist based in Madison, Wisconsin. Her website showcases her work and is separated into a series of galleries span her artistic career. This site is colorful and fun, but also well organized and user friendly.
UpStage Stigma
UpStage Stigma builds a platform for artists to share stories of mental illness and emotional struggle through performance. The site has a clean navigation but includes pockets of detail that allows users to dive deeper but also find information quickly.
The Vintage RV Rental
The Vintage RV Rental (or Chinookinit) is a fun site with big bold photos that encourage the viewer to get outside and explore. The site has plenty of information but a simple navigation to keep things easy going and inspiring.
Purr-fect Pet Sitter
The website for Purr-fect Pet Sitter has a classic style with lots of animals photos to keep things lively. This site has plenty of information and photos to lend confidence to the pet owners to know their animals will be well cared for.
